biryani and rice

biryani is a full course meal made with basmati rice slow cooked in a
dutch oven along with an amalgamation of spices such as saffron and cardamom.
It typically includes various nuts and raisins along with a healthy portion
of chicken, lamb, goat, or shrimp. One could also order a shrimp and chicken
combination or just plain vegetarian biryani.
